We rate the lenders that we use on our panel on a scale of one star (for good) through to three stars (for exceptional) across a range of qualities such as level of advance, level of service, flexibility, and speed of response.

These ratings and our lender profiles are our subjective judgements but are based on considering a range of information including statistics on performance published in the trade press, feedback from clients, and discussions with lenders.

As subjective judgements they should therefore be taken simply as a guide, as we are not in a position to guarantee the performance of any lender in your particular circumstances, and of course our ratings and comments may not therefore reflect your own experience of a particular lender’s performance.
