The company’s bankers had introduced insolvency practitioners to review the business and appeared to be heading towards the appointment of receivers.
We arranged a sale and leaseback of two items of plant which generated sufficient cash to repay the bank, and introduced an invoice discounting facility to provide working capital.
The company paid off its existing bank debt and has been so happy with the invoice discounters we put in that they are still with them seven years later!
